Mitt Romney: middle income Americans are focus, not very poor

After winning the Florida primary, GOP presidential nominee hopeful Mitt Romney explains to CNN anchor Soledad O’Brien that he is focused on a particular portion of the American population in his campaign.

Romney says, “I’m not concerned about the very poor. We have a safety net there. If it needs a repair , I’ll fix it. I’m not concerned about the very rich…. I’m concerned about the very heart of America, the 90-95 percent of Americans who right now are struggling.”

O’Brien asked him to clarify his remarks saying, “There are lots of very poor Americans who are struggling who would say, ‘That sounds odd.’”

Romney continues, “We will hear from the Democrat party, the plight of the poor…. You can focus on the very poor, that’s not my focus…. The middle income Americans, they’re the folks that are really struggling right now and they need someone that can help get this economy going for them.”

My pimp instincts have been indicating that Soledad O’Brien really is The Business in the journalism game as she really rides hard for the cause and is adept at opening a can of intellectual whoop ass for those who may be in need of some nourishment, and it appears that CNN seconds the emotion as I have for whatever reason gotten into the 2012 habit of starting my weekdays with Soledad and her Starting Point news show which airs on the west coast between the wee hours of  4-6 AM.

Just as I thought to put her up on the wall, I came across this new sizzling topic regarding Mitt Romney and his statements and views regarding Class in America, and although I have seen it on the news shows from the time since he has made and now at the end of the week retracted his statements, I was not aware that out of all the people he could have relayed his remarks to, it was in fact none other than Mrs.O’Brien who brought the simple question up for discussion when the opportunity presented itself.

In closing, lets see what manifests as I believe that we are really on to something, and with a few simple keystrokes, perhaps Mitt Romney and his supporters can better relate to the plight of the poor and lower middle classes in America with themselves as members of those classes as yet another different perspective to consider, compliments of Your Friendly Neighborhood PimpHop.com.

The current area of the utmost concern globally, with all associated complexities as of this moment is economics.

It too (the economy) is a thing that actually has a thing behind it, and the more I tune in to news shows and expert analysis, the word that pops up to define the thing behind that thing, is VALUE.

We have market value, property value, family value, currency value, self value,  and a host of other descriptions of things with the thing behind it being value.

Now, if we think outside of the box which is how the process is usually coined, we can see that value is not an actual tangible thing yet the thing that tangibles rely on. One does not go to the store to pick up a case of value, or place an order with a warehouse to order a pallet of value, nor even log on to the web to download 100 megabytes of value, yet each of those things, people, and places have value assigned to them.

I was actually watching the game show known as Jeopardy last night with Kareem Abdul Jabar, Solidad Obrien, and some other person, and I think it may have actually has shifted my thinking to work in reverse or the norm, similar to the theme of the game show as I have stated with the answer, which is then followed by the question.

The meat of the matter relates to the fact that one can only add that which they posses to any person, place, or thing, as I find it unreasonable to expect for an empty container to add content to another empty container. I can also say interestingly enough, that I could expect an empty container to take away (receive) content from a full container, so my daily morning walks in which I pass by the local Starbucks, confirm that a solid business model would be to offer that which fills the empty cup in exchange for something of equal value, which in this case, is primarily  high grade quality coffee and other beverages along with atmosphere,  for a sufficient price.
In closing, my current focus is to concentrate on effective ways to add to and sustain for other people, places, and things, that which I have within my own container, which is astronomically high value, in exchange for a modestly handsome income, and simply use the fact that I am able to bring attention to the word and definition of the word value, and bring others to a
greater awareness of it and its workings as well as their own value, and surpass the concept of adding value, and move into the threshold of

adding consciousness.

A Global Approach to Near-Earth Object Impact Threat Mitigation

INTRODUCTION

There is currently no concerted international plan addressing the impact threat and how to organize, prepare and implement mitigation measures. We report on a new international project to address impact hazard mitigation issues, being the subject of a proposal to the European Commission in response to the 2011 FP7 Call “Prevention of impacts from near-Earth objects on our planet”. Our consortium consists of 13 research institutes, universities, and industrial partners and includes leading US and Russian space organizations. The primary aim of the project, NEOShield, is to investigate in detail the three most promising mitigation techniques: the kinetic impactor, blast deflection, and the gravity tractor, and devise feasible demonstration missions. Furthermore, we will investigate options for an international strategy for implementation when an actual impact threat arises.
