As a matter of practicality, we still have a ways to go in regards to a better national and global economic condition yet it is best that we celebrate this short piece of progress to the same extent that we may at times complain about and feel a sense of despair from a lack of it, in order to better focus in on what steps need to be taken for continued growth in the positive direction, perhaps with even greater efficiency.
