The World Is Filled With Pimps And Ho’s – The Notorious B.I.G.’s VH1 Behind The Music PH Remix

25 days ago - By Rylan Branch

I’m a pimp by blood, not relation
Y’all still chase on, I’ll replace on
- Notorious B.I.G. The World Is Filled Lyrics.

Just got the video link to the VH1 Behind The Music episode for Biggie Smalls and decided to remix the story by first posting a simplified yet self explanatory and self authored story for and by the legend, and then proceeding to watch the VH1 episode along with you as the viewer to see if it is as effective at telling this same age old story that in my humble opinion, is based on eternal truths and increasing in social validity and relevance as the days pass.

Deja Vu Showgirls Commercial On TNT? – The Game Is Going Mainstream

26 days ago - By Rylan Branch

One of the promotional flyers for Deja Vu, Las Vegas

Since we are in the business of sharing our life stories online these days, the story on this side of the hood is as follows.

While watching the NBA Playoffs on TNT for two nights in a row, on the first night inadvertently, and on the second night purposefully, I left the television on, after the games were finished and for some odd reason then awoke in the wee hours of the morning to the tune of the following commercial on TNT for the Deja Vu Showgirls locations, with this one targeted to the local So Cal venue patrons.

The flyer that is at the beginning of this post came to mind last week while conducting some research on the gentlemen’s club industry in Canada, and I came across a profile on Facebook for this new promotional concept for the Deja Vu Las Vegas location known as Strip Hop, and while this concept was one that had already been implemented at a local venue here in So Cal in 2004, it confirms that the acceptance factor is often just a matter of proper timing.

Without all of the unnecessary moral commentary and keeping the discussion strictly business, the facts are showing that with the economy being in the condition that it is, a major cable television network such as TNT has now seen fit to open up its advertising roster for these types of commercials, which we can conclude are worth the pricey investment, made affordable by what may be a solid and fundamental recession proof business model based on some of the oldest standards of professionalism and service in the world, leaving much on the table for those of us willing and able to effectively upgrade and expand upon the new and emerging trends which begin as a few different perspectives to consider.

Image From A Photoshoot That Is Featured In The Documentary.

Again, since we are still on the subject of prostitution in Latin America due to the unfolding Secret Service incidents investigations, this banned on YouTube, yet featured on Vimeo documentary will come in very useful and handy in the name of providing further insight into the reasons why the demand meets the supply with no seemingly possible moral limitations or professional conduct standard guidelines able to stand in the way.

The Cuba Prostitution Documentary (reduced 20 Min version with new ending) from Travel Bum on Vimeo.

A seriously different and seldom seen and heard perspective to consider.

KARDASHIANS MAKE THE MOST – Click Here To Learn Why

33 days ago - By Rylan Branch

(CBS/AP) NEW YORK – TV viewers will be able to keep up with the Kardashians for three more years.

The E! Entertainment network said Tuesday it had reached a deal with its most bankable franchise to make three more seasons of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”

Terms were not disclosed, but TMZ reports the famous family will get more than $40 million, citing sources connected with the deal.

The sixth season of the show averaged 3 million viewers on Sunday nights, the cable networks’ top series. Five of the 10 most-watched shows in the network’s history, in fact, involved the Kardashians. The 18-episode seventh season begins on May 20.

E! said the entire family is covered by the deal: Kim, Kourtney and Rob Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian Odom, and Bruce, Kris, Kendall and Kylie Jenner. E! will continue to have the first crack at any spin-off projects.

Wellness, for obvious reasons, there is plenty of Internet discussion to go around regarding the new millenium phenomenon known as The Kardashians, and if I had to add my own one and a half cents to the matter, which may be all that really is or ever has mattered, it would simply be to state that a cause that we can support wholeheartedly, especially in such rough economic times, resides in the fact that the Kardashian brand, especially with Kim and Khloe, is synonymous with Interracial Relationships, as if it is the new requirement for success and prosperity in the new age.

Start here, and the rest is mystery, or perhaps just a different perspective to consider.

Tyra Banks Says – “Never Look Down On Someone Unless You Are Helping Them Get Up!”

Tyra Banks

International icon, Tyra Banks, has broken down barriers to become a highly influential figure in media today.

In the fashion industry, Banks is known for her extensive list of “firsts.” Over the course of her distinguished modeling career, successfully transitioning from high-fashion to commercial, Banks became the first African-American woman to grace the covers of GQ and the coveted Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue. At the height of her success with global supermodel status, Banks made the decision to leave the modeling world and pursue ventures in media and entertainment.

Banks also founded the TZONE Foundation that empowers and seeks to raise the self-esteem of young women across the US. Through every phase of Banks’ career, she has been a role model to young women.

In 2003, Banks established Bankable, the parent company to the Digital, Studios and Books divisions, creating a multi-faceted company where beauty meets entertainment. Banks became a pioneer in reality TV as the creator, executive producer and host of “America’s Next Top Model” which is viewed in over 170 markets, with 20 international editions. In 2005, Banks became the first woman seen simultaneously on primetime and daytime with the launch of her own talk show, as host and executive producer of the Emmy-winning, “The Tyra Show.” Banks is also the co-executive producer of ABC’s primetime reality series “True Beauty.”

In 2011, Banks announced an exclusive partnership with Demand Media to launch a highly-interactive, beauty- and fashion-focused online platform. Banks also released her first fiction novel in 2011 titled MODELLAND, a fantasy trilogy published by Delacorte Press of Random House, which hit the New York Times bestseller list.

Through all her endeavors, Banks remains committed to her personal mission to empower women and expand the definition of beauty.

It’s April Schools Day around these parts, and if I had my way I would have Tyra and other noteworthy individuals with a proven track record of success who continuously offer insight to others on the road to reaching their full potential offer their valuable insight here at this online publication so that it acts as a one stop source for solid pimpformation.

It looks like Tyra has taken matters into her own hands again by using her own images to display messages of wisdom, both of which (words and images) add value to each other, so lets just keep it simple by following this example and making it so.
