The unique white gold timepiece sold at auction last night for $860 000, and it was the record sale for the evening. The money raised from the sale of this exceptional watch will enable Jackie Chan to pursue his work with Dragon’s Heart Foundation, which helps less fortunate children in remote areas by constructing new schools, 20 of which have already been built since 2004. The RM JC is an exceptional timepiece that combines the extreme technical characteristics of Richard Mille watches with strong symbolic themes. The charity’s logo was chosen as the focus for this creation. Placed at the heart of the movement, the logo represents Jackie Chan holding the hands of two children, a cause close to his heart.
