What's the 411 on Mary J. Blige?

Mary J. Blige, the reigning queen of hip-hop soul with the rich, distinct, soulful voice that tells many stories with her songs will be out performing this summer.

Mary will be one of the headliners at the annual Essence Music Festival in New Orleans, Louisianna at the Louisianna Superdome. The festival is this country’s largest annual African-American event celebrating Black music and culture. The event will take place on July, 5, 6, and 7, 2007. Beyonce will be the headliner on July 6 and Mary will be the headliner on July 7. Tickets for the concerts are available through ticketmaster at www.ticketmaster.com

Mary will also be performing at the San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino in Highland, California on July 12, 2007 to help celebrate the casino’s 21st anniversary. Tickets for the concert are available through ticketmaster at www.ticketmaster.com
