Sex And The Internet – What's Your Story?
|(T.G.I.M.)Thank God It’s Monday!
Finally, at long last, something interesting to read here at Your Friendly Neighborhood PimpHop.com. Writing about this particular subject has been a few years in the making yet this particular post was inspired by the news that Facebook Founder Mark Zuckerburg was named as Time Magazines Person of the Year, just a few weeks following a 60 Minutes interview on CBS which was preceded by an interview with the previous person of the year Ben Bernake from the Federal reserve bank, which again seems to indicate that at the end of the day as well as the beginning, its actually about time.
For those who are new to these parts, it should be stated that I always seek to find the most simple and direct answers to some of the worlds most perplexing scenarios as I believe that there is really no such a thing as over simplification except for those for prefer for there to be, which I am not, so lets see what we can come up with together.
Actually, I believe that the answer is actually in front of my face, which is that it is about time, as when it comes to sex, whether the physical act of intercourse or the idea and communication regarding the subject, it is going to cost each and every individual a certain amount of time, and here in lays the perplexing part of the equation.
We have gone from Sex And The City to Sex And The Internet as I tend to notice that most individuals in the city and even in the outskirts tend to be on the Internet increasingly more as time progresses, and while I may ask 500 million people about the subject and in exchange receive as many similar and different answers in exchange, there should be some interest from each as even the ones outside of the half a billion group unless born as a science experiment are available to make decisions regards sexual intercourse and the idea though the fact that they are alive which in a majority of cases is a result of sexual interaction that took place at some point in time.
On an arm chair psychologist stance along with personal experience, while I am far from an expert on the Internet hookup circuit, I can say for certain that both men and women are in fact interested in sexual intercourse, yet the methods of interest and arousal tend to be different for each gender, or so Ive heard. Men are said to be more visually stimulated in general while women tend to be more stimulated by what they hear or read and the idealism of the equation which is said to explain why pornography and all of its core variations tend to be more of interest to males, while romance novels, soap operas, and other communication based arousal methods are of interest to women, and all of this of course is generalization of the collective global society.
While in real life, which is becoming difficult to define, a man may take interest in a females and she respond to his advances or reject them, yet with the Internet, what has been showing is a tendency for the male to make an advance of what he sees in regards to the images in the form of keyboard communication yet rarely if ever reach his ultimate goal which is physical interaction, which has been said to be as a result of an imbalance with the women receiving what she desires which is interest and communication, yet with all things, the balancing out effect eventually occurs and the women with an increased hunger for attention begin to receive less of it due to the males non conquest.
This is all theory of course which is why I ask the question in regards to your story yet as for mine, I for whatever reason seem to get a equal or greater pleasure from progress and profitability in business which is where the majority of my time and energies are focused, yet since the age old adage I believe still holds true which is that sex sells, in the interaction and idea/emotion itself, we can explore better method of assisting individuals to create a win win situation which leads to a story with a satisfactory ending with just a few adjustments in the areas of communication to gain a better understanding of each ones needs and offerings.
In closing, I do believe that it is about time to ask what are known as professional sex workers by trade from a big business analytical perspective if the global recession has led to a decrease or increase in the demand for their services.
A different perspective to consider.
