We have reached the fourth week of the year 2012, and studies have shown that an energy conservation period is an ideal process to conduct from time to time in order to allow for things to balance out in the name of moving forward with greater efficiency, so the focus for this week will shift over to

The President Barack Obama and his third State Of The Union Address where we can open up the speech and asses what has been stated as an overview of the processes which will result in a prosperous new year.
