(Captain’s Log – Stardate July 08, 2011)

As I am preparing to head out for my Friday festivities, as often happens, I gain some form of an inspiration which
has shown to be best pressed and published while its still fresh.

The month has started off blazing, and since one of the main perks of running your own publication is the ability
to select which notable figures are most deserving of recognition and celebrity status, I felt it best to pay homage to one of the foremost authorities on matters of life according to the way that I have decided to live it, or better, the way it was decided for me at birth.

With the previous post, it brings to light just how much discord and debate the word PIMP can generate and what the actual definition of it is, yet for those who have familiarity with the culture, I can simply state that the basic elementary fundamentals that I will share with you via Goldie and crew, from the classic tale known as The Mack will give any individual a sturdy foundation in which to embark upon a study with in order to make an informed decision regarding matters of Pimpology, whether positive or negative.

In closing, we may very well leave this on the home page for the rest of the year, as most media selected celebrities as of late do not offer much more than, what they offer, which in my opinion is (_____), which forces me to have to look within and find my own trusted and valued sources of insight, so with that said, sit back, relax, grab your popcorn and drinks while we bring you this edutainment feature.

What had happened was, as I was scrolling down on the Google+ newsfeed list, I came across this featured image and statement, and thought about the fact that Tyra Banks, just like oh so many of the +1 billion of the fly women on the Internet and the world that she acts as a role model for, simply wants to get her message out, and while my first instinct was to push the share button on the Google+ profile, my more accurate and true to self assessment was to put her in a place that I believe she best belongs, and ojala’…..

Demi Moore and Kim Kardashian in Twitter ‘Pimpin’ Fight

Demi Moore called out Kim Kardashian on Twitter for using the word ‘pimpin’.

On Sunday night, Kim tweeted a pic of her with three celeb friends at a Miami party with the message, “Big pimpin w @SerenajWilliams @LaLaVazquez @Kelly_Rowland Love u girls!”

Demi responded, “Are you using the word “pimpin” as in pimping?”, to which Kardashian replied: “Doesn’t everyone? LOL… Nothing wrong with dancing to Big Pimpin’ by Jay Z in the club! Having a girls night out, gotta love that song!”

Demi, who campaigns against child slavery with husband Ashton Kutcher, wrote, “A pimp is nothing more than a slave owner!.. if we want to end slavery we need to stop glorifying the “pimp” culture.. I was just making a point about how we have used a word and desensitized the real meaning.”

An hour later Demi tweeted, “Clearly I stirred up a s**t storm.”

Kim conceded, “Good point!I agree! It was just a song not literal.”

If we were to step outside of “The Martix” and look at the show from this perspective, we we conclude that this thing called the Internet is simply a collection and continuous flow of words and pictures on a computer/phone screen, yet with so much riding on what shows on this screen, we can in classic PimpHop.com style get down to the roots of the matter and see if we can build a better trouse map.

As evident by Facebook, the simplicity of hand signals show to be effective in what the words and pictures on the screen really mean, which is communication of emotions and ideas, so as a pimpish upgrade, the focus of the finger has now shifted to what seems to be the most important subject to each and everyone in general which is YOU.

The dictionary defines you as it states above, yet you and others may define yourself otherwise which leads to the point of this discussion, which is help for you.
