PSYCHO BEEZIE’S – Is Crazy The New Normal?

19 days ago - By Rylan Branch

A Scene From The Classic Alfred Hitchcock Film Psycho. Look Familiar?

Psycho

Psycho is slang for a person who is psychotic or psychopathic. The term is often considered offensive or derogatory. However, when used within compound terms such as ‘psychology’ or ‘psychotherapy’, the word refers neutrally to the psyche (mind or soul).

Welcome Home and T.G.I.F.(Thank God It’s Freeday).
To bring this extremely productive and constructive week to a close in preparation for next weeks installments, we will keep this entry simple and brief by posing the question that I find myself asking on a more frequent basis as time progresses which usually indicates that some useful and necessary adjustments are in order in regards to the approach that will lead to what I would consider to be more effective and suitable end results.

A personal mental note and different perspective to consider.

Wellness.
Speak against same sex marriage rights is what I will not do, and speak for opposite sex marriage rights is what I will do as the subject matter has been brought to the forefront of the public awareness as a result of President Barack Obama’s vocal and endorsement of same sex marriage rights which happens to be during the second week of his campaign for reelection in 2012 with a trip to Los Angeles today along with a party at the residence of George Clooney and a host of mainstream media business executives, a sector that is known by many to be advocates of LGBT rights and same sex marriage equality under the law.

“Although natural law is often conflated with common law, the two are distinct in that natural law is a view that certain rights or values are inherent in or universally cognizable by virtue of human reason or human nature, while common law is the legal tradition whereby certain rights or values are legally cognizable by virtue of judicial recognition or articulation.

- Wikipedia Natural Law Description.

Without getting into a moral and religious debate and focusing on equality, I will assert the law that actually does in fact overrule the laws of humans, which is known as the law of nature in which human beings and their created and ever changing laws or ideas commonly accepted as laws are dependpent upon, and pose the question as to whether or not, same sex couples whether legally married or a part of a civil union are dependent on sexual intercourse between opposite sex couples for both their own existence in human form as well as the parenting of other humans who whether born in or out of what is commonly known as wedlock are a result of the reproductive processes of heterosexual intercourse which align with the course of nature?

This question is posed due to the fact that Barack Obama mentioned in yesterdays statement that he has to explain to his daughters, who are a result of the same heterosexual birth process, about the fairness of same sex married couples as some of their friends have same sex parents, while each of the individuals in question were born as a result of heterosexual intercourse processes.

In closing, I guesstimate that the debate is going to be about equality of citizens under the eyes of the law, to which I would add that each person who is created equally must also create or procreate equally  as one of the most effective methods of birth control, which was the last church vs. state high powered debate, is through same sex marriage and subsequent intercourse and if same sex couples are dependent on opposite sex couples for parenting privileges and provisions of children for families, then the imbalance of power and equality is self evident from the start, or as stated below for a different and illuminated perspective to consider,

“Love and marriage, love and marriage
Go together like the horse and carriage
Dad was told by mother
You can’t have one, you can’t have none, you can’t have one without the other!
No Sir!”

GUTTER MONEY – You Too Must Learn The Ways Of The Force

21 days ago - By Rylan Branch

Acquired on Tuesday May 8, 2012

Humpday it is with an interesting and insightful story to close the morning hours with.

Telling it like it is and not like it was, if you were in my shoes, and for some mysterious reason had a tendency to come across various denominations of currency that sits in wait for you in the gutter or in bushes waiting to be noticed, and in this particular case, the gutter just happened to be filled with muddy waters flowing on top of the currency, when you picked up the bill or bills in the condition as seen above as I am sure that you most likely would, and then rinsed it off to get the result as pictured below,

Fresh out of the bathroom sink. Tuesday May 8, 2012

would the thoughts, feelings, and subsequent actions equate to
A. Money Laundering, or
B. Clean Energy Initiatives ?

Either way, it may very well be an end result of those individuals who may be questioning the sources of income that provide for me, and then proceeding to fill in their own blanks with the conclusion that it must be coming in from the filthy gutter, which in actuality, is not far from being literally accurate in regards to how some may picture and interpret the matter.

Moral Of The Story -

There really is none other than to continue on with the mission to continue to spread the news and offer different perspectives for consideration, with todays being as stated in the title of the post along with the video clip below.

“Dont be too proud of this technological terror that you’ve constructed.
The ability to destroy a planet is insignificant, next to The Power Of The Force.”

Calling On A Higher Power

25 days ago - By Rylan Branch

As Above

Higher Power

Higher Power is a term coined in the 1930s in Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and is used in other twelve-step programs. It is also sometimes referred to as a power greater than ourselves and is frequently abbreviated to HP.

Sociologist Darren Sherkat researched the belief of Americans in a Higher Power. He based his research on data from 8,000 adults polled by the Chicago-based National Opinion Research Center between 1988 and 2000. Amongst his findings were that 8% stated “I don’t believe in a personal god, but I do believe in a higher power of some kind.” This is the same figure as found by the 1999 Gallup national poll of Americans. Sherkat also found that 16% of the Jewish people surveyed agreed with the statement about a ‘higher power’, whilst 13.2% of liberal Protestants and 10.6% of Episcopalians also agreed with it.

An empirically based recovery framework likened faith in a Higher Power to motivation for personal growth as described by Abraham Maslow and Carl Rogers.

Welcome Home and T.G.I.F. (Thank God It’s Freeday).
This is one of those crossroads post that invites any who are willing and/or able to decide the side on which they are best suited to stand, and since all begins with a simple thought, we can conserve time and energy by simply using this as a proper order focal point foundation to build upon.

As with this particular form of service due to its infancy and toddler stages of development, the jury is still out in regards to solid and consistent monetary profitability, and as online social media organizations that offer their services to hundreds of millions of active users free of monetary charge, the promise of profitability in some future time seems to be the driving force behind large scale investments into these types of ventures while the tech insiders most assuredly are aware that the return on investment in advertising revenues while seeming to be promising, has yet to prove itself as such, yet as usual, the same age old rules of human existence are in place, one of which is listed below as a different yet relevant perspective to consider in regards to the giving and receiving of anything, including but not limited to service.

There Ain’t No Such Thing As A Free Lunch

“There ain’t no such thing as a free lunch” (alternatively, “There’s no such thing as a free lunch” or other variants) is a popular adage communicating the idea that it is impossible to get something for nothing. The acronyms TANSTAAFL and TINSTAAFL are also used. Uses of the phrase dating back to the 1930s and 1940s have been found, but the phrase’s first appearance is unknown. The “free lunch” in the saying refers to the nineteenth century practice in American bars of offering a “free lunch” as a way to entice drinking customers. The phrase and the acronym are central to Robert Heinlein’s 1966 libertarian science fiction novel The Moon is a Harsh Mistress, which popularized it.The free-market economist Milton Friedman also popularized the phrase by using it as the title of a 1975 book, and it often appears in economics textbooks; Campbell McConnell writes that the idea is “at the core of economics”.
