Could it be as simple as an IQ test to evaluate how the masses adapt to change amongst other things?
Perhaps.
Keep it “P” by being the stimulus cause of the change, as opposed to the reactionary effect of the change.
Its what I would do as a different perspective to consider.

It is 6:06 PM on Friday late afternoon, and as it often happens, just as I was getting ready to step out for a quick minute, I checked the web to see if there was something worth noting, and this is what I came up with.
