Writers Stike In Effect as of 11-05

Important News.

The Writers Guild Of America has officially gone on strike as of Midnight, 11-05-07.
Contract disputes have not been resolved as writers are asking for a greater share of royalties in regards to DVD sales and online content distrubution.

The impact of this strike is predicted to have far reaching effects within the entertainment world, as the last Writers Guild walk out cost the industry an estimated
$1/2 Billion Dollars.
