Lady Justice (Latin: Justitia, the Roman goddess of Justice, who is equivalent to the Greek goddessDike) is an allegorical personification of the moral force in judicial systems.^[1][2]

The personification of justice balancing the scales of truth and fairness dates back to the GoddessMaat, and later Isis, of ancient Egypt. The Hellenic deities Themis and Dike were later godesses of justice. Themis was the embodiment of divine order, law, and custom, in her aspect as the personification of the divine rightness of law. However, a more direct connection is to Themis‘ daughterDike, who was portrayed carrying scales

Greetings Earthlings.
For those interested in knowing the time, we have reached month #6 and week #22 for the year 2011 leaving us with an increasingly lesser amount of time to all make good on our New Year/Decade resolutions.

I decided to turn my focus towards the increasing value of street knowledge which has in the past been often underestimated and undervalued by some of the more enlightened and intellectuality elite citizens of the planet, so we will keep it short and sweet/sour by recognizing that a picture is worth a thousand words and allow individuals on any intellectual level that they may find or believe themselves to be on to form their own conclusions in order to see if  whether or not which ever way one decides to interpret the featured image, it still leads them to the same simple conclusion which is stated as the title of this post.

Please put your hands together and give a round of applause for Lady Justice, yet another fine addition to a growing roster, and let the record reflect that once again……..
