The Eye Of Providence – What Do You See?

Eye of Providence

The Eye of Providence (or the all-seeing eye of God) is a symbol showing an eye often surrounded by rays of light or a glory and usually enclosed by a triangle. It is sometimes interpreted as representing the eye of God watching over humankind (or divine providence).[1][2][3] In the modern era, the most notable depiction of the eye is the reverse of the Great Seal of the United States, which appears on the United States one-dollar bill.

What should we think and feel about this symbol?
I would conclude that like anything else, it will be based on how we decided to think and feel about it.

As far as my outlook as an author, since all fear is said to be based on fear of the unknown, a simple method of overcoming fear is through learning, knowing, and growing, and since one of the main benefits that this thing called the Internet provides is the near infinite amounts of data that is readily made available to users with the greatest of ease, we can place a link to a non biased and non slanted definition of what the mysterious symbol means and add some value to this online publication similar to how the symbol adds some value to the pieces of currency that it is frequently seen on.

Enjoy.

A different perspective to consider.
