I just got back from New Orleans ⚜️… I basically spent the weekend hanging with my friends, checking out #madeafarewelltour2020, going to parades, eating beignets, chargrilled oysters and everything fried I could fit in my belly…I even picked up an accent. I completely fell off the fitness resolution wagon. But I’ve learned to be gentle with myself and enjoy life instead of shaming myself and making it worse. I’m ready to reset. . . It’s Monday and I’m getting back to my routine. Back to my Quarters. 1st Quarter- spiritual/mental goal, 2nd- body goal , 3rd- financial goal, 4th – family/friend/social goals.
